HELO Luxury Air Mobility was founded with a singular conviction: luxury travel should be seamless, not stressful. Too often, premium aviation services are fragmented, impersonal, and designed around the operator rather than the passenger. HELO exists to change that.
Headquartered in Miami, HELO provides on-demand helicopter charters, private jet sourcing, and armored ground transportation through a curated network of FAA-certified Part 135 operators. We do not own or operate aircraft. Instead, we serve as a trusted intermediary, matching each client with the right aircraft, operator, and experience for every trip.
What began as a helicopter charter service has grown into a full luxury mobility platform. HELO One, our private membership program, offers preferred flight rates, reciprocal access to private clubs and venues, and 24/7 live concierge. It is a lifestyle membership built around the way our members actually live and travel.

Matt Hardage founded HELO with a clear objective: to build the most refined luxury air mobility brand in the market. With a background in technology, brand development, and high-end service design, Matt recognized that premium aviation lacked the cohesion and personal attention that modern luxury consumers expect.
Under his leadership, HELO has grown from a regional helicopter charter service into a comprehensive mobility platform serving high-net-worth individuals, executives, and families across South Florida and beyond. Matt oversees every aspect of the brand, from operator vetting and safety standards to the design of the HELO One membership experience.
His vision for HELO extends beyond transportation. Through HELO One, Matt is building a private ecosystem where mobility, access, and lifestyle converge into a single membership.
